Petal Flow is a private, local-first period tracking notebook for quick daily logging, cycle review, reminders, and discreet widgets. QUICK DAILY LOGGING Record period start and end, flow level, pain, symptoms, mood, notes, and care changes from a compact Today view designed for short, private check-ins. CYCLE CALENDAR AND PREDICTIONS Review confirmed period days, predicted ranges, cycle length, period duration, and confidence details. Predictions are based on your logged history and are always presented as estimates. CARE REMINDERS Set private local reminders for upcoming periods and care check-ins during your period. Notification wording is intentionally discreet. WIDGETS WITH PRIVACY MODES Use Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets to glance at cycle status or care timing. Choose visible, blurred, or placeholder widget privacy modes. LOCAL-FIRST PRIVACY Petal Flow stores your records on this device by default. There is no account requirement, no ads, and no third-party tracking SDK. You can export your data or delete local records from Settings. OPTIONAL APPLE HEALTH SYNC With your explicit permission, Petal Flow can read menstrual flow records from Apple Health and write your logged flow records back to Apple Health. Health data is never used for ads, marketing, or profiling. Petal Flow is a self-tracking tool.
