FmMaintenance

The entire app follows a tab structure. Overview is the daily entry point, where you can see the number of registered assets, overdue items, due this week, and YTD expenses at a glance. There is also a waiting queue sorted by risk below. Facilities is responsible for establishing a ledger that supports types such as milking machines, refrigerated tanks, fans, feeding lines, and water pipes. Each record can have a maintenance cycle (monthly/quarterly/annual), priority, location, and annual budget. Work Log is used to record actual maintenance: date, personnel, cost, and inspection results. It supports filtering by 30/90 days and Pass/Issues, and can also be searched in full text. Schedule will automatically calculate the next due date based on the last maintenance time, displaying Overdue and Due Soon separately, in conjunction with local push notifications for advance reminders. When registering for services, you can check the checklist corresponding to the equipment type, such as vacuum inspection of milking machines and mixing motor testing of refrigeration tanks, to avoid missing items on site. Reports summarize maintenance frequency and expenses by device category, facilitating budget review at the end of the year. In Settings, you can adjust the reminder lead time, default technician name, and whether to display deactivated assets.
